For frying large quantities of meat, bacon, fish, hamburgers, sausages, onion, etc., but also for fried eggs or omelettes.
Steel or chromed baking trays (10 mm thick) Fast heating to 300 ° C.
Homogeneous baking results over the entire plate thanks to well-located spiral resistors (electric models) or tubular stainless steel burners (gas models) under the baking plate.
The steel circumference with built-in sauce receptacle is completely removable (patented license) in order to keep the baking plate clean in a simple way. Completely made of stainless steel with strong thermal insulation.
Electrical equipment: 1 to 3 spiral resistors, 1 to 3 “on / off” switches, thermostats 0-300 ° C, indicator light for the voltage, indicator light for the temperature.
Gas appliances: 1 to 3 star-shaped burners with 6 arms for homogeneous heat distribution, 1 to 3 control knobs with pilot flame setting, safety thermocouples. Delivered as standard with butane / propane nozzles and a set of natural gas nozzles.
