Roasting spits for the preparation of 4 to 30 chickens. The spits are adjustable
relative to the heat source depending on the size of the te
roasting meat. The electrical appliances are equipped with to be operated separately
infrared quartz tubes (RBE 80-120) or Incoloy resistors (RBE-
200). Each control has 4 positions. The gas appliances are equipped with
separately operated infrared burners with safety thermocouple.
Every control has a low working position. Supplied as standard with
butane / propane nozzles and a set of nozzles for natural gas.
Equipment: switch on / off per turnpit, interior lighting, large sump tray
for the sauce, 2 collection forks.
Options: armored resistors, leveling feet of 100 mm (CE-UL / NSF).
RBE 80 / RBG 80: 2 spits for roasting 4 to 8 chickens. At the top
warming cabinet to keep the fried chickens at the right temperature.
RBE 120 / RBG 120: 3 spits for roasting 6 to 12 chickens.
RBE 200 / RBG 200: 5 spits for roasting 20 chickens.
RBG 30: 5 digits large capacity for roasting 30 chickens.
